GREEN SMOOTHIE
Preparation
1 PORTION (200 ml)
Peel the cucumber, chop into small pieces and put into the food processor. Add the celery, parsley and lemon juice. Then add the water and Lattis to the mixture. Blend until everything is finely chopped and you have a smooth texture. Pour the smoothie into the shaker, add the whole sachet of GMPOWER and shake well.
Tip: Mix ice cubes in to give it a fresh kick.
