Chocolate & Strawberry Trifles

Preparation
- To make the jelly, pour the strawberry sauce and water into a small saucepan. Meanwhile, mix the Vege-Gel with 2 tbsp water into a smooth paste.
- Whisk in the Vege-Gel, bring to the boil before removing from the heat, set aside.
- Arrange the Mevalia LP Fruit Bar pieces and strawberries into 4 small dessert glasses.
- Split the jelly evenly between each glass, place in the fridge to set.
- Pour the MEVALIA Lattis/ ProZero, whipped cream and sugar into a small saucepan.
- Mix the custard powder with a little Lattis into a smooth paste.
- Whisk in custard powder paste into the saucepan and slowly bring to the boil until it thickens.
- Using half of the custard, split evenly between each glass.
- Place 50 g MEVALIA Chocotino/ Vitabite into the remaining half custard, whisk until melted and smooth.
- Split evenly between each glass and place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours.
- To finish sprinkle with the grated MEVALIA Chocotino/ Vitabite.
