Honey & Mustard Pasta Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings
Ingredients
  • MEVALIA LP Fusilli 180 g
  • red pepper, diced ½
  • red onion, diced ½
  • vegan mayonnaise 80 g
  • wholegrain mustard ½ tsp
  • honey 30 g
  • garlic powder ½ tsp
  • salt and pepper
  • chopped parsley
  • Violife parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
  1. Add the MEVALIA Fusilli to a pan of boiling water and cook for 8-9 minutes.
  2. When the pasta is cooked, drain and rinse in cold water.
  3. Once cooled, mix the cooked pasta with the peppers and onions, stir well to combine.
  4. In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in the mayonnaise mixture in a bowl and mix to coat well, season.
  6. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Garnish with the parsley and serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top.

 

Hints and tips:

Dijon mustard also works well with this dish.
