Bread Porridge

Ingredients for 1 Serving
Ingredients
  • MEVALIA LP Pan Carré 100 g
  • MEVALIA LP Lattis/ ProZero 200 ml
  • Cinnamon ¼ tsp
  • Sugar
  • Selection of berries
Preparation

 

  1. Break the bread into small pieces.
  2. In a small saucepan bring MEVALIA Lattis/ ProZero to the boil.
  3. Add the bread pieces, simmer for 10 seconds and transfer to a breakfast bowl.
  4. Top with sugar, cinnamon and any of your favourite toppings.

 

Hints and tips:

* Stale bread works best

Use fresh or dried berries and fruits, they all work well.
