Chocolate & Strawberry Truffles
Preparation
Makes 10 to 12 truffles
1. Break the MEVALIA chocotino/ Vitabite into small pieces and place into a glass bowl.
2. Sit the glass bowl over a pan of water and slowly bring to a gentle simmer.
3. As soon as the chocolate has melted, stir and remove from the heat.
4. In a bowl, crumble the Mevalia LP Fruit Bars into a fine crumb.
5. Pour over the melted chocolate and stir well until it is fully combined.
6. With your hands shape even sized balls, then roll in the finely grated MEVALIA chocotino/ Vitabite.
Hint: The truffles are best kept out of the fridge and stored in a cool dark place, consume within 2 weeks.
