Chocolate Muffins

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
- Place the MEVALIA Bread Mix, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda into a mixing bowl.
- Mix in the sugar, Golden Syrup and butter.
- In a medium bowl melt 120g of the MEVALIA Chocotino/ Vitabite in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes.
- Stir in the melted chocolate, MEVALIA Lattis/ ProZero and gravy browning, mixing until smooth.
- Divide the mixture between 10 muffin paper cases set inside a muffin tin.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate pieces on top of each muffin.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Place on a wire rack to cool.
