- -9 MEVALIA LP Ciabattine bread rolls sliced ⅔ through 2
- -8 garlic clove, crushed 1
- -7 butter 100 g
- -6 dried oregano 1 tsp
- -5 For the cheesy garlic bread
- -4 MEVALIA LP Ciabattine bread rolls cut into 3 lengthways 2
- -3 garlic clove, crushed 1
- -2 butter 50 g
- -1 Violife cream cheese 50 g
- 0 chopped parsley 1 tbsp
- 0 For the spicy garlic bread
- 0 MEVALIA LP Ciabattine bread rolls sliced ⅔ through 2
- 0 garlic clove, crushed 1
- 0 butter 25 g
- 0 dried oregano 1 tsp
- 0 chilli flakes ½ tsp
- 0 tomato passata 6 tbsp
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/Gas mark 6.
Preparation for plain garlic bread:
- Mix the garlic, butter and oregano into a smooth paste and spread on each piece of MEVALIA Ciabattine.
- Season and bake for 6-8 minutes, serve immediately.
Preparation for cheesy garlic bread:
- Mix the butter, cream cheese, garlic and parsley into a smooth paste and evenly spread on each piece of MEVALIA Ciabattine.
- Season and bake for 6-8 minutes, serve immediately.
Preparation for spicy garlic bread:
- Mix the butter and garlic, into a smooth paste and evenly spread on each piece of MEVALIA Ciabattine, top with the tomato passata, chilli flakes and the oregano.
- Season and bake for 6-8 minutes, serve immediately.
