Avocado Baked Beans On Toast

Ingredients for 2 servings
Ingredients
  • tomato passata 250 ml
  • sugar ½ tsp
  • salt ¼ tsp
  • white vinegar 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire Sauce ¼ tsp
  • MEVALIA Lattis/ ProZero 40 ml
  • MEVALIA LP Bread Mix ½ tsp
  • slightly firm avocados, diced 2
  • slices of any MEVALIA LP Bread 4
  • butter 10 g
Preparation
  1. Pour the tomato passata into a small saucepan along with the sugar, salt, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and MEVALIA Lattis/ ProZero and bring to the boil.
  2. Mix the MEVALIA Bread Mix into a thin smooth paste with 4 tsp water, whisk into the tomato sauce to thicken.
  3. Add the avocado pieces and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes, gently stir in the butter at the end.
  4. Toast and butter any of the MEVALIA sliced breads and serve with the avocado beans on the top.
