Avocado Baked Beans On Toast

Preparation
- Pour the tomato passata into a small saucepan along with the sugar, salt, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and MEVALIA Lattis/ ProZero and bring to the boil.
- Mix the MEVALIA Bread Mix into a thin smooth paste with 4 tsp water, whisk into the tomato sauce to thicken.
- Add the avocado pieces and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes, gently stir in the butter at the end.
- Toast and butter any of the MEVALIA sliced breads and serve with the avocado beans on the top.
