CHOCOLATE CREAM
Preparation
Makes approx. 100 g
Melt the MEVALIA Chocotino/ Vitabite slowly in a bain-marie.
Meanwhile, mix the crème fraîche with the sugar and rum (or essence with water) until smooth.
Stir in the melted chocolate and beat together.
USEFUL TIPS
- Can be frozen.
- Coat silicone chocolate moulds and freeze, for use later
- as cake decorations.
- Use as a pancake filling.
- Use for cake fillings.
- Use as a chocolate spread.
- Add small pieces of fruit or fruit essences for a different
- flavour.
- Use as the bottom layer in a trifle.
